Its not how much you eat but exactly what.
- Bread
- Wheat flour pasta
- Wheat crackers
BUT if you overdose on these plain foods you will gain weight and if you make them part of a weight loss diet you just wont lose. And you will be SO HUNGRY that your diet will collapse within days.....
We all know this, dont we?
Count calories if you must but it wont help. If you cant go a full day without wheat flour in some form, and if its always bread or cakes or biscuits that send you into a diet-busting binge, then you are a wheat addict. Its that simple and that specific.
