The miserable fat kids of nepal

So the rich kids of urban Nepal are not as happy as their rural counterparts who live at a subsistence level. What a surprise (not) !

"Moreover, heavy children are unhappier than others. With a much lower self-esteem and self-confidence, overweight children have sleeping problems, depression and anxiety."

How many scientific studies will it take for the world to see that its not the fatness that creates and misery, its the misery that creates the fatness. Food addicts turn to food in their misery. Its quite simple. We need to tackle the underlying misery - the food issues will then resolve.

Addictions are about not having a life. Addicts die young. We need to explore this, not count calories and set up gyms for miserable fat people not to attend.

Addiction is an existential issue. Ask Christina Grof. She has the book.
